Reiki Your Way
At Reki Me Time, you have choices to fit your busy life and your home. I offer 60- and 90-minute traditional, individual Reiki sessions, and couples packages. Planning a Reiki party for your besties? For those who are traveling, living out of the area, or unable to accomodate a home visit, it is still possible to get the care you need. Book distance Reiki sessions through my contact page.

Your Reiki Experience
Indulge in a customized Reiki session tailored to your unique needs. Each session is crafted to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being in the comfort of your own home.
Seated or reclining, indoors or outdoors, with family nearby or not, on a day and at a time that works for you. My goal is to co-create a setting that feels safe and comforting.
Your privacy and dignity are important. You can tell me about your goals for your session, but you do not have to disclose personal medical information.
When you are receiving Reiki, you may experience temperature changes, old memories, emotions, a need to blurt out words or sounds, "seeing colors," a sense of floating, and sleepiness. These experiences occur when energy is applied to places in our bodies that hold an experience (i.e. necks, whiplash injuries, and car accidents). These are common experiences. I do not judge these responses, and support clients compassiontaely in this process.
Reiki is focused on the chakra points, as well as the front and back of the head. Practitioners start at the clients head, then hover their hands above the throat, heart, solar plexus, abdomen, knees, and feet. We treat the front, back, left and right sides of client's body, finally returning to your head.
When your therapy is complete, get up carefully. Clients often report feeling lightheaded. Many people also experience their bodies releasing toxins and waste for a few days. Please drink lots of water after your session.
